Your service term will automatically renew for successive terms equal to the initial term unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. To cancel auto‑renewal, email cody@mactelecomnetworks.com with your account name, Service Order/Proposal number, and requested cancellation/termination date. Cancellation requests are effective only when acknowledged by Provider; Provider will confirm receipt and the cancellation effective date by return email. Cancellation of auto‑renewal does not automatically entitle Client to refunds for prepaid fees for the then‑current term unless otherwise stated in the Service Order.
